My Professional Background
I am incredibly purpose driven, values led and mission focused which has helped me develop engaged teams who are aligned and achieve amazing outcomes.
In the last 20 years I have developed specialist experience across strategic development, commercial & operational management as well as transformational project delivery.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to be involved across a range of diverse sectors from automotive, insurance, home security, defence, health, technology, outsourced services, financial services, stock broking and am excited to be at Nature Play Solutions.
Within Nature Play Solutions, my focus is to support our various teams to be able to deliver an amazing outcome that ultimately allows children to play - a purpose that I believe is fundamental for their development in the challenging times that lay ahead.
My Philosophy
Being the youngest of five in a close family has laid the foundation to actively achieve more together. And having the time to play with my brothers, cousins and at school has shown me the importance of such social, physical and mental well being.
I love sport - cricket, football, tennis, - anything!
I am active as an instructor in the Australian Air Force Cadets where I can continue to help develop and mentor young people to become the leaders of tomorrow.
